Future Plans

As some have already heard, ItsaGodGig Music is has stepped up the pace for its development plan.

Originally, our plan was as follows:
Jan 1, 2008 - recording, mixing and mastering via hard-disk recorder
July, 2008 - digitally mastering products via some modestly priced professional software
July 2009 - mastering in ProTools (the industry standard for recording studios), and begin mixing projects digitally. Also, to begin medium scale duplications.
July, 2010 - be fully functioning as a digital studio, recording, mixing and mastering in ProTools. By December, 2010, to begin construction on ItsaGodGig's larger studio space to make way for bands to freely record in house.

Well, as of June 1, 2008, everything looks as though we will be over a year ahead of schedule, installing a ProTools LE 7.4 system in the studio, and having the full scale duplication process already set and ready to go.
Further, we have already mixed and mastered 3 CD's digitally, using Sony Acid software.

Whether we will continue to run so far ahead of schedule is completely a mystery. It is clear that ItsaGodGig will be recording in ProTools by the end of 2008, a full 1 1/2 years ahead of schedule. As far as any construction, I have the plans drawn up, but it is totally up to God whether it will come to shape in any faster mode.

One things is for sure, with the changes that have already taken place, and those that are soon coming to pass, no matter the size of the room, big recording is coming for ItsaGodGig Music.
